Find more details below.

How do I become an A La Carte Member?
You automatically become an A La Carte Member with your initial purchase of $1,000 or more. Entering JOIN PREFERRED in the Offer Code field when checking out allows you to enjoy Preferred Member Pricing instantly and includes ground shipping.*

What are the benefits of Preferred Membership?
In addition to enjoying Preferred Pricing and included ground shipping, you will be offered first access to our newest Pahlmeyer and Jayson releases throughout the year. You will also be given special access to rare and library releases and receive invitations to exclusive wine events in Napa Valley and around the country, such as our annual Grand Tasting Event. Our dedicated team of Pahlmeyer Concierges is also at your service to assist with purchases, event reservations, pairing and cellaring recommendations, and more.

How can I access Preferred Member exclusive wines?
After your initial qualifying purchase and establishing your Preferred Member account, you will gain access to Preferred Member exclusive wines with subsequent purchases.

How do I maintain my Preferred Member status?
Each year your self-curated wine purchases total $2,000 or more, you will maintain your A La Carte Preferred Member standing. However, if your purchases amount to less than $2,000 within 12 months of becoming a member, our Concierge Team is happy to assist you with procuring additional wines to maintain your status.

Who can I contact with additional questions?
You are welcome to call our Concierge Team at (707) 255-2321 or email info@pahlmeyer.com. If you contact us outside of business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm PST, we will return your email or call within one business day.

*Note that our default shipping method is standard UPS ground, which typically delivers within 1-3 business days depending on your state. During periods of
extreme cold or heat, we may delay your shipment in order to protect your wine from damage while in transit. It is our policy to ship only if wine can be safely
transported, typically within the temperature range of 35°F - 85°F. This includes in-transit states, not only origin and final destination.
