This wine has a lovely light blush color in the glass. The wine opens with floral aromas of violets and lilies, with hints of strawberry and Jordan almonds. Whole grape clusters were hand-picked in the cool of the night, then hand-sorted at the winery. We fermented the wine in neutral oak barrels to add balance to the focused acidity. The wines remained in neutral oak for 5 months prior to bottling.
