2018 Jayson Rosé of Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast

This wine has a lovely light blush color in the glass. The wine opens with floral aromas of violets and lilies, with hints of strawberry and Jordan almonds. Fresh, clean acidity on the palate, with a touch of appealing minerality, balances the light red fruit flavors and contributes to the wine’s complexity. Enjoy this juicy wine with shellfish or grilled figs with chèvre.
