The 2013 Jayson Chardonnay shows Bright and brilliant with golden hues, this wine bursts with aromatics of honey, caramelized green apple and mandarin orange. Its rich entry reveals soft notes of peach lifted by well-structured acidity. A mouth-watering finish reveals notes of graphite, nectarine and blanched heirloom apple and a touch of vanilla spice.
Anthony Dias Blue, Tasting Panel, July 2016
Creamy and luscious with ripe pear and honey; rich and fresh with depth and elegance; good acid structure - a complete package.
Virginie Boone, Wine Enthusiast, December 2016
A fresh-baked bread aroma and flavors like butter and baking spices make this full-bodied wine very attractive. It has ample acidity to balance the rich texture, and a lingering finish that completes the classic profile.

The grapes were hand-sorted and gently whole-cluster pressed. After settling overnight, the juice was racked to barrels for 100% native yeast barrel fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged in 85% new French oak barrels for eleven months on the lees, which were stirred weekly.
