2026 Summer Release

We are excited to release two new vibrant white wines 2024 Jayson Chardonnay and 2025 Jayson Sauvignon Blanc – both fresh, opulent and perfect for the season ahead.

The 2025 vintage unfolded under cool, moderate conditions with a long, even ripening season, resulting in a wine of remarkable purity and mineral-driven character. Aromas of lemongrass, Meyer lemon, and gooseberry lead to a vibrant, mouthwatering palate of citrus, stone fruit, and a subtle tropical nuance. A fine mineral thread and lingering notes of wet stone and fresh salinity give the wine a focused, precise finish.

The 2024 growing season brought warm, even conditions that allowed our Chardonnay to ripen steadily and cleanly — the hallmarks of a classic Napa Valley vintage. The wine opens with aromas of golden apple, juicy pear, and toasted brioche, leading to an expansive, textural palate of lemon curd, vanilla, and warm spice. Balanced acidity provides lift and definition, carrying through to a long, layered finish.
