"The flagship Chardonnay, the 2017 Chardonnay Savoir Faire was fermented in two new puncheons and spent 18 months in barrel. It has a monster bouquet of buttered citrus, caramelized apple, crème brûlée, honeyed flowers, toasted nuts, and brioche. It's a deep, rich, blockbuster, Meursault-like effort to drink over the coming 4-6 years."
