Membership
There are no fees or purchase requirements to join the Collector Preferred Membership. Upon enrollment, you simply agree to receive automatic shipments of our Icon Wines throughout the year. Collector shipments are scheduled for March and September, and are billed prior to shipping.
Active members enjoy complimentary tasting experiences based on their membership tier, along with preferred pricing on any additional tastings beyond what is included. To activate your benefits, the current shipment must be purchased prior to your initial visit.
Collector Preferred shipments feature our newest vintage releases of Pahlmeyer Icon Wines. March features Pahlmeyer Chardonnay and Pahlmeyer Merlot, and September features our Pahlmeyer Proprietary Red Wine. Prior to each shipment, you’ll receive a notification and may log in or contact our Pahlmeyer Concierge team to adjust your selection, as long as the minimum purchase requirement per shipment is met.
While we don’t offer a traditional membership pause, you are welcome to skip a shipment. Because we ship twice a year, if more than one skip is needed, a member of our team will reach out to determine if cancellation would better suit your needs. Please be aware that experience benefits are also suspended during any skipped shipment.
Membership benefits and preferred pricing may be extended to your guests when an active Collector Preferred member is present.
We offer two membership tiers—a 3-bottle club and a 6-bottle club—with your choice of either all Reds or a Mixed selection of the Pahlmeyer Icon New Vintage Releases.
You will be notified to change your shipment, cancel or skip 14 days prior to billing and your card will be charge one week prior to shipping, in March and September.
In order to receive benefits as a club member you will need to be an active member throughout the entire year. You can cancel your membership anytime either online or with our concierges’ help.
Yes, the minimum spend for each shipment when making customizations is $1,300 for the six-bottle club and $750 for the three-bottle club.

You can cancel your membership easily through your online account. Simply log in, navigate to the Club Memberships tab, and click the Cancel Membership button in the lower right corner.

Wine Shipments & Billing
We ship to 41 states in the US, there are some restrictions state by state. See our full list of states we can ship to on our Shipping page.
We use both UPS and FedEx for our shipping. We have the option for Ground, 2-day and overnight shipping with the option for adding ice to the shipment as well.
Yes, you will need to sign for your shipment upon delivery. UPS or FedEx will require someone over age 21 to sign for the package.
No worries! If you know you won’t be home for your scheduled delivery, you have a few convenient options. You can redirect your shipment to a pick-up location or alternate address directly through the tracking link provided in your UPS or FedEx shipping confirmation email or text. You may also contact our concierge team at info@pahlmeyer.com for assistance with redirecting your shipment or selecting a more convenient delivery date.
Updating your credit card is quick and easy! Simply log in to your account and head to the right-hand side of your dashboard, where you’ll find the option to edit your card on file. You can also navigate to Account Details to update your current card or add a new one.
We take great care to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition, no matter the season. During warmer months, we use Green Cell Ice Pack shipping to protect your bottles from heat for up to 72 hours in transit. As an added bonus, the Green Cell packaging is biodegradable. Simply rinse it with water and it will dissolve, making it an eco-friendly choice.
If you’d prefer a faster option, we also offer overnight shipping to get your wine to you as quickly as possible. During colder months or periods of extreme weather, we will hold your shipment until conditions are safe and suitable for shipping.

If your shipment is returned to us, simply reach out to our concierge team at info@pahlmeyer.com and we will be happy to arrange a reshipment for you. Please note that depending on the reason for the return, an additional shipping charge may apply to the new shipment.
At this time, we do not have a pickup option available for club members. Our winery is appointment-only and is not open to the public outside of designated tasting hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We cannot ship internationally.
If your shipment is already on its way, you can easily redirect it to a new address using the UPS or FedEx online portals. Just keep in mind that address changes must remain within state lines. You’re also welcome to reach out to us directly at info@pahlmeyer.com and we’ll be happy to help redirect your shipment.
