This Merlot-focused blend adds Cabernet Sauvignon for a velvety expression. Notes of plums, cherries and boysenberries on the full-bodied palate are contrasted by hints of lavender, clove and mushroom. Plush and inviting with a touch of savory characteristics, this Red Wine will pair well with a charcuterie plate or roasted pork tenderloin.

Winemaking Notes
Jayson Red Wine is a distinctive blend from some of Napa Valley’s finest vineyards, crafted to express each vintage with intensity and richness. Grapes were hand-picked and hand-sorted before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks to enhance its fresh fruit profile and retain its bright acidity. The wine was then racked to 58% new French oak barrels for 15 months of aging.
