We hand-harvested our Sonoma Coast blocks at optimal ripeness, identifying two standout lots, a blend of 60% Calera and 40% Swan clones, to create this expressive wine. We fermented in small open-top tanks, a portion of the fruit kept as whole clusters to impart additional depth and structure. After a five-day cold soak, the tanks returned to ambient temperature, coaxing spontaneous native
yeast fermentation. Gentle pressing preserved nuanced aromatics and retained supple tannins. The free-run was transferred to 60% new French Oak aged nine months before racking for bottling.
